Understanding Organization Analytics

Measure the ROI of your networking and track team performance.

The 1Me Business Control Center provides a centralized dashboard to monitor how effectively your organization's digital identity is being used. By analyzing these metrics, you can understand which employees are networking most actively, which departments are driving the most engagement, and how your brand is being received.

Accessing the Analytics Dashboard

  1. Log In: Navigate to business.1me.app and sign in.

  2. Dashboard View: The main landing page is your Dashboard.

  3. Activity Section: Look for the "Your organization activity" graph. This visualizes the traffic on all your employee and corporate IDs over time.

Key Metrics Explained

The dashboard aggregates data from every employee linked to your organization. Here is what the numbers mean:

👁️ Views (Hits)

  • Definition: The total number of times your employees' digital cards have been opened or viewed by others.

  • What it tells you: This measures reach. High view counts indicate that your team is actively sharing their cards at events, meetings, or via email signatures.

💾 Saves

  • Definition: The number of times a recipient has clicked the "Save Contact" button on a digital card.

  • What it tells you: This measures conversion. A "Save" is a high-value action indicating that the recipient wanted to keep the connection.

    • High Views + Low Saves might indicate that your card design needs optimization or the wrong audience is being targeted.

    • High Saves indicate effective networking and strong interest.

Tracking Top Performers

On the Dashboard, look for the "Top Employees" widget.

  • Purpose: This leaderboard highlights the specific team members who are generating the most views and engagement.

  • Use Case: Use this data to reward top networkers or identify sales representatives who are excelling at digital outreach.

Individual Employee Analysis

You can drill down into specific user data to see how individuals are performing.

  1. Navigate to the "Employees" tab in the sidebar.

  2. Click on "Accepted" to see your active workforce.

  3. Look at the "Activity" column next to each employee's name. This gives you a quick snapshot of their engagement level.

Exporting Data

For deeper analysis or reporting (e.g., quarterly reviews), you can export your data.

  1. Go to the "Employees" tab.

  2. Select the specific employees you want to analyze (or select all).

  3. Click the "Export Data" button (usually located in the action bar above the list).

  4. This will download a file (typically CSV or Excel) containing the detailed metrics for the selected users, allowing you to manipulate the data in your preferred spreadsheet software.

Pro Tip: Compare your "Activity" spikes with your company's event calendar. You should see significant jumps in Views/Saves during trade shows or major conferences if your team is utilizing their cards effectively.
