Accepting a Business Link Invitation
This section explains how employees can link their personal 1Me app to their organization's business account using a unique Corporate ID.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Check Your Email
Look for an invitation email from your organization's administrator.
This email will contain a unique Corporate ID (a code) that you will need to link your account.
Open the 1Me App
Launch the 1Me app on your mobile device.
On the main Home screen, locate the "Corporate Link" card/section. It typically appears with a prompt to "Enter your corporate ID."
Enter Corporate ID
Tap on the "Corporate Link" section.
A dialog box or screen titled "Join Corporate" will appear.
Enter the unique Corporate ID you received in your email into the text field.
Tap the "Check" button to verify the ID.
Confirm Organization Details
The app will display the organization's name and details associated with the ID (e.g., "1Me Business Account").
Verify that this is the correct organization.
Tap "Link" or "Proceed" to confirm your association.
Create Your Business Card
Once linked, you will be taken to the "Create Card" screen.
The app will automatically load the Corporate Template assigned to you by your admin.
Review the pre-filled information (name, job title, etc.).
Tap "Save Card" to finalize your new digital business card.
Success! Your new corporate digital business card is now active. It will appear in your card list with the official company branding and is ready to be shared.
