Sharing Your Card Offline

This guide explains how to share your contact information using a QR code that works even without an internet connection. This saves your details directly to the other person's phone address book.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Tap on the Share Icon

    • On the main screen of the 1Me app, locate the card you want to share.

    • Tap on the Share icon (usually represented by a standard share symbol or arrow).

  2. Select "Offline Sharing"

    • From the list of sharing options that appears (e.g., Share link via, Download QR), tap on "Offline Sharing".

  3. Scan the Code

    • A special QR code will be displayed on your screen.

    • Ask the other person to scan this QR code using their device's camera.

    • Note: This method transfers your contact details directly to their phone's local address book/contacts app, rather than opening a web link.

Success! Your contact information has been transferred and saved to their device, all without needing an active internet connection.
