Sharing via AirDrop (iPhone)

This guide explains how to instantly share your digital business card with another iPhone user nearby by simply bringing your devices together.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Select Your Card

   • Open the 1Me app and view the specific card you wish to share.

2. Open Share Menu

   • Tap on the Share icon (usually the arrow or share node symbol).

   • Select "Share Link via..." to open your phone's system share sheet.

3. Initiate AirDrop

   • Tap on "AirDrop".

   • Note: On newer iPhones (iOS 17+), you may not even need to select AirDrop manually; simply bringing the phones together often triggers the connection if AirDrop is active.

4. Bring Phones Together

   • Hold the top of your iPhone near the top of the recipient's iPhone.

   • A glowing animation will appear as the phones connect.

5. Share & Save

   • Your digital card profile will automatically pop up on the recipient's screen.

   • They can then tap "Save Card" (or "Save Contact") to add your details to their phone immediately.

Tip: This feature requires both phones to have Bluetooth and AirDrop turned on. It is the fastest way to share contacts in person without scanning codes.
