Creating Contact Information

This guide explains how to add new contact details (like a new email, phone number, or social media link) to your personal repository in the 1Me app, which can then be used across your different digital cards.


Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Open the Side Menu

    • On the main screen of the 1Me app, look for the Menu icon (often three lines or a profile icon in the corner).

    • Tap on it to open the side menu.

  2. Access Contact Info

    • From the menu options, tap on "Your contact info" (or "Contact details").

    • This will show you a list of all the contact information currently saved in your account.

  3. Add New Contact

    • Tap on the "+New" button (usually located at the top right or bottom of the screen).

  4. Define Contact Details

    • Title: Give this contact entry a recognizable title (e.g., "Work Email," "Personal Instagram," "Support Line").

    • Choose Contact Type: Select the type of information you are adding (e.g., Email, Phone, LinkedIn, Website, etc.).

    • Enter Data: Type in the actual detail (e.g., john.smith@example.com or https://linkedin.com/in/johnsmith).

  5. Save

    • Once all fields are filled, tap on the "Add Contact" button (or "Save") to save the new entry.


Success! Your new contact information is now saved. You can now add this specific detail to any existing or new digital card you create.
